We were fortunate to have chosen Hendrick Developments from the tendering process to rebuild our holiday home which was completely destroyed by fire in November 2013. It is a pleasure to write a testimonial for Alan Hendrick Developments. The decision for us have Alan rebuild our house was fortunate. From the beginning his professionalism, advice, attention to detail, his communication with our architect made the whole rebuilding process a trouble free experience. Alan’s workmanship along with that of the plasterers, electricians, carpenters, plumbers etc. was exceptional. We had little need to supervise the building process and such was our confidence in Alan that we left the entire project to both him and the architect with only the need for occasional phone calls and emails.The site was always kept tidy and at the beginning we stipulated that the lawn and shrubbery should not be damaged. On handover the lawn, shrubbery and driveway were left in better condition. We were always consulted when Alan thought that a change should be made or a better or more cost effective manner in carrying out certain parts of the work. Alan worked to schedule, complied with all Health and Safety regulations as well as the new building regulations. The agreed staged payments were never a problem.Having experienced builders in the past all of which were a negative and stressful experience, our experience with Hendrick Developments was nothing but a positive experience. We were handed back a beautiful and well finished home which was snag list free.
